30-Day Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Email info@truebluepoolco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
1-Year Bristle Guarantee
Every True Blue Pool brush is backed by our 1-year bristle guarantee. If your bristles fall out, splay, or degrade under normal use within one year of purchase, we'll replace your brush — no hassle.
To file a guarantee claim:
- Email info@truebluepoolco.com with your order number and a photo of the affected brush.
- We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll ship a replacement brush at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your brush arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, modified, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return under our 30-day policy. However, they may still be covered under the 1-year bristle guarantee if the bristles are defective.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
